Building work is done by licensed trades, and anything structural or needing approval goes to the right professional.
Good things to know first
Is this different from pre-sale work?
Only in the goal. Pre-sale is about selling for more. Renovation help is about loving where you live. The work is much the same: kitchens, bathrooms, paint, floors and small layout changes.
Can you just plan it and I run it?
Yes. Some people want the plan and take it from there. Others want me to run it too. Up to you.
Do you do structural work?
No. Anything structural or needing approval goes to the right professional. I stick to cosmetic work.
