Joint ventures

Put your money to work in property, without the renovation hassle.

If your savings are sitting in the bank earning very little, a renovation joint venture is another option to explore. I find the property, handle the design, organise materials and trades, and manage the sale at the end.

Important

Every joint venture is structured individually after discussion. Property values can go down as well as up, and no return is promised. Nothing on this website is financial advice. Please get independent legal and financial advice before entering any agreement.

Partners can be based anywhere in Australia; projects are on the Central Coast.

Questions

Good things to know first

What is a joint venture?

You bring the property and I bring the renovation, including running the tradies. We agree the details up front.

Where do joint ventures happen?

Anywhere in Australia. I'm based on the Central Coast, but the work is planned so it can be run at a distance with regular updates.

Do you guarantee a return?

No. I can't promise what a property will sell or rent for. What I do is plan and run a sensible cosmetic renovation and keep you informed.

What kind of properties suit this?

Places that need a cosmetic refresh rather than a structural one: kitchens, bathrooms, paint, floors and small layout changes.

How do we start?

With a chat. Send a message or WhatsApp me and we'll talk it through.
