Who I am

Flip & Co is a sole trader business run by Tanya Silver, offering renovation and property styling on the Umina Beach, Central Coast. This policy explains what details I collect through this website and how I use them.

What I collect

When you fill in a form on this website, you may share:

• •Your phone number, if you choose to give it.
• •Details about your home and renovation, such as your suburb, what you'd like to change, your budget and your timeframe.

I only collect what you choose to share through the forms on this site.

Why I collect it

I use your details to:

• •Reply to your enquiry and arrange a chat or consultation.
• •Send you the free guide, if you asked for it, and any follow-up emails you agreed to.
• •Carry out renovation or property styling work, or a joint venture, that you engage me for.

How it's stored

Your details are stored in a customer relationship management (CRM) system so I can keep track of your enquiry and any work that follows. I take reasonable steps to keep that information secure. I do not sell your details to anyone, and I don't share them outside the trades and professionals needed to do the work on your home.

Unsubscribing and asking for deletion
